Mini Bhakhri is a mini roti, which is a little different than wheat roti; it is coarser. This can be served with chutney, curd and vegetables. It can be included in breakfast and lunch meals. The dough in the making process is made with flour, hot water and a small amount of salt. The small balls from kneaded dough are flattened, cooked on tawa and then roasted in the direct flame. We use different kinds of flour, like wheat, jowar, bajra and rice. Consumers based on their taste and preference buy bhakhri. We make and sell plain bhakri as well as flavored ones, like honey ginger, baajra, pav bhaji, jeera, masala, panipuri, garlic and methi. Customers interesting in putting another item on their shops' shelves can contact us.
